We would not have erected a monument for you and nine teachers
Behind the green Hijiyama Hill.
Explanation
This school was originally established in Minami-danbara-cho, Hiroshima.
The school buildings totally collapsed in the A-bombing, escaping a fire.
Nine school staff members and 329 students were killed.
This monument was relocated here along with the school' s relocation in 1989.
